The APC Enugu State under the quintessential leadership of the Hon. Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology Chief Uche Nnaji and Chairmanship of Barr Ugochukwu Agballah has restate its resolve to takeover the government of Enugu State and deliver the state votes to APC for the re-election of president Bola Ahmed Tinubu to conclude the renewed hope agenda come 2027.

In his opening remarks, the APC Enugu state chairman, the Hon. Barr Ugochukwu Agballah admonished party faithfuls and stakeholders as he insisted that the APC is well prepared, well positioned and ready to takeover the government of Enugu State and play a major role in ensuring victory for president Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027.

He extolled the uncommon leadership of the Hon. Minister of Innovation Science and Technology and leader of APC Enugu State, Chief Uche Nnaji for all he's been doing to provide sterling and quality leadership and direction for the party since 2021, while thanking the Hon. Minister for the over 500 federal jobs he facilitated for the good people Enugu State and Nigeria especially party faithfuls in addition to the  solar PV assembly plant he attracted to the state that has employed and empowered hundreds of people in line with the job creation policies of the renewed hope agenda of president Bola Ahmed Tinubu, he praised him for providing the required leadership that attracted three elected Honourable members of the House of representatives in the persons of Hon. Cyriacus Sunday Umeha (Udi /Ezeagu), Hon. Chimaobi Atu (Enugu North/South) and Hon. Prof. Paul Nnamchi (Enugu East/Isi-Uzor) federal constituencies, former national and state assembly members, former council chairmen and numerous other leaders and followers of PDP, LP , APGA etc to join the party.

Agballah acknowledged the steadfastness of party officials from wards to state level, praising them for their commitment and loyalty to the party and assured them that the party leadership is aware of their sacrifices and will reward them in no distant time.

He directed that the party meetings has moved beyond wards to polling units encouraging all members especially the new entrants to invest in building their polling units and wards, stating the party shall henceforth finance the polling unit meetings for those who are ready to start holding polling units meetings.

He equally empowered the women wings headed by the state woman leader and encouraged all women to que up and support her at all levels of the party as they begin their monthly meetings.

The woman leader Prof. Mrs. Amaka Onu equally thanked the leader Chief Uche Nnaji , the state chairman and other stakeholders in support of the women wing, promising to deliver the votes as required.

The former deputy governorship candidate and major stakeholder of the party, Barr. George Ogara, took time to encourage both new and old members to continue to support president Tinubu through the Hon. Minister Uche Nnaji, assuring all that lion building is achievable with the sterling leadership of Chief Nnaji .

In their brief speeches the three Hon. Members, separately thanked the leadership of president Bola Ahmed Tinubu for granting the Southeast development commission, a federal University of Agriculture in Enugu State amidst numerous other federal projects such as roads, railways etc going on across southeast and Enugu State,while acknowledging that Mr president is much interested in the development of the southeast, they pledge total support for the re-election of president Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the  leadership of Chief Uche Nnaji the Hon. Minister in his quest to emerge governor of the state in 2027.

 Hon. Sunday Cyriacus, Hon. Chimaobi Atu and Hon. Prof. Paul Nnamchi all spoke in one direction promising to apply the same strategy they used in wining elections in LP together with what is already on ground to deliver APC across all levels in 2027.

In his speech the Hon. Minister and leader of the party in Enugu State Chief Uche Nnaji praised president Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his economic reforms and full support of his ministry and programmes. 

He expressed his appreciation and confidence on the state party officials led by Hon.Barr Ugochukwu Agballah and all new entrants for their unflinching support and dedication to the ideals of the party leadership, promising to facilitate more jobs and empowerment to support the members both old and new, the leader noted that it's not been easy as he most times invest his personal finances and Goodwill in attracting the jobs, the told party faithful to remain steadfast and encourage more people to join the party, insisting that the door of the party is wide open to all and sundry as we  continue to welcome more new members into the party in preparation to deliver Mr president and other contestants of APC in 2027, he assured members that the current leadership has come to stay and that no amount of propaganda from moles and internally displaced politicians in Enugu State who have edged out in the politics of their own party due to poor leadership, and are now party-less can change the resolve to win Enugu State for APC come 2027. He emphasized that APC is a progressive family ready to welcome everybody but that nobody no matter how highly placed can hijack the party, assuring that proper primaries would be conducted for all elective positions in the state and that real party stakeholders shall be ensured to emerge through democratic means. 

He call on all members to ignore the noisy propaganda of the party-less leaders from the state claiming to be coming to hijack the party as their would be no room for moles and hijackers in APC Enugu State.

The meeting ended amidst cheers and celebrations as the party witnessed the unprecedented influx of the high and mighty in Enugu politics, all pledging to support and deliver APC come 2027.
