He gave us Chief of Naval Staff who is currently building a Naval College at Enugu-Ezike and a Naval dock yard at Uzo Uwanu. No other institution built by any Governor for our Zone can generate employment as these institutions provided by Chief of Naval staff.
He gave us the current Military Secretary. General Okoro from Udenu.
He gave us Prof. Melville Ayogu from Adani as Executive Director, CBN.
He gave us Mr. Evaristus Asadu from Nsukka town as Executive Director, Southeast Development Commission. Dr Ugwuja Daniel from Edeobala as Executive Director, SEDC too.
Under his regime, the first Igbo man was made Imam of the Central Mosque, Abuja. The professor Imam is from Ibagwa Nkwo.
Under his regime, we have 2 police DIG.
Under his regime, two women from Nsukka are appointed members of Governing Council of 2 federal polytechnic.
About 6 weeks ago, Hon. Eugene Odo, former Speaker Enugu state House of Assembly, was appointed Member, University of Nigerian, Nsukka Governing Council.
First in history Prof. Simon Uchenna Otuanya from Nsukka, was appointed the new UNN Vice Chancellor.
Yet, we did not give him 1% votes
